appointments

I have a questions.... I have had my axim x30 high since Feb. I use it mostly to keep track of appointments. The problem I have is that after a month or so, my axim seems to delete the majority of the appointments that PASSED. The only thing that it keeps are all-day events.

Is this normal??

Go into outlook on the PC and see if they are there.

If they are - go to AS and configure the calendar option. You can tell it how much "history" to keep.

If they are not - check if you have Outlook setup to archive your calendar appointments.

I use mine for the same reasons. i use pocket informant and pocket breeze and love it. you can trial theses programs

While we're on the sbuject .... does anybody know how to clear the history (?)in the Locations Field?

I posted about the same thing before. My appointments are in Outlook, and I set AS to sync ALL appointments, but still no luck. I'll try the other programs recommended, but I don't feel like I should have to. At the very least, this thing should be more efficient than paper!
