Dead Battery

I have a battery that I carried around in the bottom of a backpack for about a month without charging it. I left it in the charger for two days and it still won't take a charge.

What do you think my chances are of getting Dell to replace it. It is only about three months old.

My other battery gets charged for about two hours per day and is working great.

Call and ask.Just tell them it won't charge and I bet they will send you a new battery asap.
