The opinions expressed above are not necessarily the opinions of management and in fact may be the opposite of that intended in order to confuse and obfuscate trolling readers.

Do you have the block checked to sync mobile device clock? if so is your clock on your PC correct? If it is remove the check and see if stops, if not you may want to call Dell.
On your unresolved items problem, under e-mail options, remove the check marks from the blocks about attachment size, and such, also allow it to sync all appointments and contact then try syncing again and see if that helps.

The clock issue is easy. Make sure both Axim and PC are setup to the same timezone.

Yeah also check the clock doesn't have daylight saving on one and not on the other.

As for your other problem - have you read Frenchy's tutorial on active sync in the tutorials section? I think it coluld help you out if something is set up slightly wrong. Usually unresolved items mean you have edited something on both the PC and the PDA between syncs.

Also make sure you download ActiveSync v3.8 from microsoft if you have not already done so as it fixes a few bugs :)

Cheers
