Question Just got mine!!!! QUESTION

I just received my X30 and am charging it for the first time! :)
This time I inserted it directly into the wall outlet, no USB - is it ok? I couldn't hold myself any longer and so I turned the puppy on while it's charging just to check out the display - is this acceptable to do?

And also, the battery feels very warm inside it while charging - is this normal?? (sorry I'm a lamer!)

P.S.
Any crucial first steps I MUST perform?

P.P.S.
I have to go out soon and just wouldn't be able to resist taking it with me :) Is two and a half hours of charging for the very first time ok, or is it somehow dangerous not to let it charge to the max on its first time?

YEs its ok to use as long as you keep the charger on. The battery will feel warm.

You actually did good by turning it on while it's charging, it's required that you turn it on while it charging for the first to activate the charging process for the back up battery.

I know it's rather late to reply to this, but 2.5 hours is NOT ok for the first time charge. Let it go the full 8 hours. Basically, I just let mine go overnight and then played with it the next day. I've heard stories about people ruining batteries by not letting it charge the full time...
