Question Uninstalled program still showing

I installed but then uninstalled (thru the Remove Programs) the ICQ for PPC, but its icon "ICQ (2)" is still showing in Today's menu!
I looked in all folders but just cannot find it! ;( It's bugging me!
How do I remove this ICQ (2) icon already?!

Try

Open Explorer and navigate to:

Windows > Start Menu > Program Folder > Find the offending .lnk file > Tap& Hold > Select Delete
.

using file explorer, go to /Windows/Start Menu/Programs. Tap and hold the icon until the menu pops up, allowing you to delete it.
