Default IE folder

Is there some way to put downloaded files directly into a specific folder? If you don't change the destination they go into My Documents. I would like to to have them go directly in a fold in My Documents that I have created. For example, I would like to have an MP3 folder in My Documents and send all downloaded MP3s to that folder without having to change the download destination for every file that I download.
