Question Where is located the icon of "Mobile Device" folder?

The Mobile Device folder (located in My Computer) has its own custom icon — an orange PDA with a green screen. I'd like to copy this icon for my collection, but I cannot find where this icon is actually located?
Usually when a folder has its own icon instead of that standard yellow folder icon — usually it's located right in that same folder but with a status of a "protected operating system file" so it's invisible, but you can still copy it if you change settings in Explorer > Tools > Folder Options > View
But since this Mobile Device folder is located in My Computer — it won't so easily show its icon that way..
So long story short — where is this orange PDA icon of the Mobile Device folder located, the actual .ico file?

Speaking of which can anyone recommend a good icon viewer for looking inside EXEs and DLLs?
One that will run on the PPC (not the desktop) and that can see the new VGA icons.
The one I have won't show the 64x64 icons even if they're present.

Good question, I'd like a program like that for PPC too!
The closest thing I have is only for Desktop - Restorator, the best resource editing prog!
