Customizing Outlook Subject
When creating meetings/appointments, Outlook provides some choices in the drop down list for the Subject.

Is there a way to add to this list? Is it on the PDA or from the desktop client?

I would suggest that if your going to be using the Axim for meetings/appointments to take a look at Pocket Informant and evem try the free trial. I use it and love it.
