Clearing out X30 memory

My X30 has been acting goofy lately, so I'm getting it replaced through the warranty. Is there anything I should do besides hard-resetting it to completely clear out the memory before it goes out? Or are there programs out there that will flush it out completely?

A hard reset will be just fine, it will wipe everything out except the os that is stored on rom. Good luck w/the new unit, I love mine.
