Can't Sync Notes

Axim X3 - generally no problems.
Transfering data from my Sony Palm device to the Axim - all transferred OK into Outlook, but Notes (which appear correctly when viewed in Outlook) only give the appearance of transferring to the Axim via ActiveSync 3.8. When I open each Note on the Axim, the note is blank. In other words, it looks like I've got 50-or-so Notes on the Axim, but all I've got is correctly-titled Notes with no data in each.
Anybody any ideas, please? Thanks.

I have the EXACT same issue.

cept I have about 1000 notes :-/... anoying to say the least.

but sorry can't help you yet, stil trying to figure out what whent wrong.

have an x50v with a04, outlook2002sp1, spb plus, nothing else.

I had a problem with notes syncing, though my sympoms were slightly different from yours - the notes sync caused a network error (even though every thing else synced ok). I ended up creating a new outlook pst file and transfering all my stuff over to the new one, which I then synced to my PDA. Notes sync fine for me now.

Though your problem is different, you could try this approach as a last resort if you are stuck.

I tried everything I could think of to transfer the Notes, but to no avail. I found that a Note created in Outlook would transfer just fine, but that an (apparently) identical Note imported to Outlook from Palm Desktop via ReSync or ConvertMe would fail. (My Palm handheld is a Sony Clie SJ22, and the accompanying version of Palm Desktop didn't give me an option of syncing with Outlook directly.)
As I had only about 50 or so Notes, I copied and pasted them all from PD to Outlook and then transferred them to my Axim without a hitch. Obviously, 1,000 Notes is a different proposition! Good luck.
