Share dialup 56k connection via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth

I have tried several guides to set up a connection that will let med share and control the modem/dialup connection on my portable computer from my X30 but failed. I can get a good connection between my Axim to my computer both with Wi-Fi and with Bluetooth and share files etc. but not the connection. BUT, when i start an activesync connection via Bluetooth it somehow works directly to share the connection but i would be lying if i said it was fast. The same thing with Wi-Fi will not let me through to the connection, the sync works alright there to though.

Can someone point me to the definite guide to modem sharing from WinXP Pro to my Axim preferbly via Wi-Fi :-)

I guess that the problem can be that on the XP computer i run a guide that really are designed to be run on the client(the X30) also.
