Icon's - Changing Their Path

This is probably a dumb question but I can't find the answer.

I moved several programs to my storage card from internal storage and now, of course, the program icon no longer point to the correct path.

On my old Journade running Windows CE, I simply held the stylus on the icon and a menu came up allowing me to delete the icon. I could then use file explorer to set up a new icon with the correct path.

I don't see how to do this in Mobile 2003 on my Axim X30. Help!

You need to delete the old shortcuts via File Explorer (Windows/Start Menu), then copy new shortcuts over to that folder from their new locations. I don't know of an automatic way of doing this.

Ok, for those who might be interested, I found "a" way to solve this problem. Not saying its the only way.

I moved the directories to the storage card, using active sync explore then drag and drop.

I started active sync and deleted the programs. This only actually deleted the program shortcuts from the programs menu.

From within active sync's explore menu, I brought up the storage card then went to each directory and right clicked on the exe file. I then selected 'creaate a shortcut' which gave me a shortcut to the exe file. I did this for each program and then copied the shortcut into \windows\programs folder.

I was then able to call the programs from the programs menu.

Torturous way to do it but I couldn't find another. Documentation for doing this sort of thing is non-existant. At least from my searches of the microsoft site.
