colors in calendar & snooze time

Is there a way (hack / third party software) that allows for labeling calendar entries different colors like in Outlook? That would be SO helpful!!

Also, is there a way to change the snooze times for reminders that come up? I don't like that it skips from the choice of two hours to 8. What happened to 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7?

Thank you!!

Pocket Outlook is really basic. Try Pocket Informant (which I know has these features) or possibly Agenda Fusion instead.

Unfortunately, they are not freeware and I don't know of any freeware that would do this. A cheaper alternative would be SuperCalendar:

Also Ulti-Planner:

You may want to try the demos of these just to see if you like them anyway.

If you sync this with your computer (if available) you can just change that info with Microsoft Outlook (If you have it of course). That is the esiest way. If you don't have that ability then you will need a third party program to do this for you. I ust Pocket Informant on my axim and it gives me that capability on the go or when I am scheduling the item via my ppc. Pocket Informant does cost but you can try it for a little bit during the trail period and see if you like it.

Also, here is a thread to a link for a 50% discount for Pocket Informant. The code might still be good:

I didn't think informant gave you any more options for the snooze time. Does it really?

Yes, you're right...I was thinking of alarm times not snooze times.

I can't find where I can associate the color of appointments in the calendar with the category (like in outlook). The only color options are "out of office, busy, tentative, etc)

I'm starting to generally get the hang of the program though... thanks for all your help everyone!

It has the snooze button and right below it, there is a pull down that you can select different times for it to re alert you.

You double click the appointment (open it) you can select series or occurence if it is re-occuring. Then right under where you put in the name of the event and next to the location field there is a pull down for label. You can then select a different lable and that will change the color for you as well.

I really wish there was... what I have is the following

Subject - whatever my subject is
(underneath that)
a little box that when I click on it says (and has Greyed out) Choose Template
(underneath that)
Location -
Start
End
Alarm
Status
Recur
etc

I don't see label anywhere. HELP!! This is the reason I got Pocket Informant in the first place!!
