What's the difference in ROM versions? I've got A00, is it worth upgrading?

I've had my Axim for over a year now and just noticed that there are ROM upgrades available. Currently my X30 is running A00 and I've noticed that the newest is A06.

What are the differences between the ROM versions? I've missed 6 upgrades evidently.

I currently plan on doing a hard reset on my PDA and then re-syncing it to see if that helps get rid of a bit of 'lag' that I've been noticing on it lately and I figure that it's a good a time as any to flash the ROM.

In short, I just want to know what the major differences are between all the ROM versions.

Updating to the newest rom will prbably make your x30 faster. It will probably help with any other problems you've been having. I would recommend you update it.
Since you are going to hard reset your ppc anyway, you might as well update it.

It'll also most likely improve your battery life.

If you are doing any upgrades, I will recommend upgrading to ROM A05. A06 is known to be crap with lots of troubles. Do a search on Axim site to read about A06 if you want, but my advice is, stay with A05 Max.

Agreed. I've seen and heard a LOT of bad things about ROM A06 so I left my X30H at A05 but I did download A06 and have it on my computer just in case someone comes up with remedies to the A06 issues then I'd install it.

My advice is to update to A05 and no higher unless you feel like playing Russian Roulette with your Axim.

Only plus in going to A06 from A05 is an improvement in Bluetooth Range not much more...

What are the differences between the others? Evidently they optimized a bit if the PDA will run better after installing A05.
