problems whit m axim, memory

hi, i ve a amix x30, but have a problems whit the screen, need help, because the sreen flashing and the stand by, continully , the reset it , but i have scary,

tengo un problema con mi axim x30 por que derrepente la pantalla no responde cuando la prendo, no reconoce la touchscreen y la tengo que resetear,. estoy preocupado por que no se si tantas veces que la tengo que resetear pueda dañar el equipo, aveces marca un error en la memoria y no se puede prender durante aproximadamente 3 horas., lo que logre hacer es quitar la bateria y solo asi, responde pero se tiene que formatear la memoria, que puedo hacer, no se mucho ingles asi que agradeceria la ayuda ... gracias

err.. ok..

.. you can do a hard reset without draining your battery. what happens after the hard reset? does the problem come back? Do not restore from backup after the hard reset and see if your touch screen works. Also, If you are getting a memory error then check how much free RAM/memory you have (at least 20MB is recommended). If you have enough memory and you are running a clean device after a hard reset then probably it is a hardware problem. Do you still have warranty? if so then contact Dell. You'll get a replacement. If you don't have a warranty then you might have to replace the touch screen.

I had a similar problem. I sent my Axim to PocketPCTechs.com & they diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly. They were easy to deal with, too.

Other error messages I had related to this problem:

A memory error has been detected...

Green/Oragne power button flashing
