Vaja has extended the deal until May 18, so it's not too late to order.

No matter how you look at it, this case is very expensive. But the real question is: Is it worth the money?
I cannot say for sure just yet (because I've only had mine for a day) but so far, the answer is yes. :)
I think the Mother's day special is only available for their custom cases, so that's why I ordered the black 964 case with magnetic enclosure, no belt clip, slim cover, no CF slots, no personalization and CF & headphone cutout. I would have been happy with the regular 964 case but since this special was on and I really wanted the CF & headphone cutout (necessary for a future Linksys/Socket WiFi card), I opted to get this model.
The Axim fits snugly inside the case but not too tight. The cutouts aren't 100% perfectly lined up but they're pretty darn close to it. The magnetic clips work well and always keep the cover lined up when the case is closed. In terms of smell, it's not as strong nor as bad as that one user had put it. To me, it smells a lot like a new pair of leather dress shoes. Finally, I tested the case out (w/ cover folded completely back) in my Arkon CM628 universal multi-angle, side-grip PDA mount and everything still fits.

I placed my order last Sunday and the case arrived less than a week later. Note: I may have just been lucky with this order because the Vaja website does state that custom orders take 15 days to process.
I was very pleased with the entire ordering process and how I was continually informed of the status of the order. i.e. I received e-mails notifying me that 1) my order had been received, 2) my credit card had been billed and 3) the order had been completed/shipped out. After that, it was just a matter of tracking the order via Fedex.
Total cost including $18 USD Fedex priority shipping (from Argentina to Canada) was just over $85 USD (or ~$120 CAD). I'll have to check my credit card bill to see if I will be charged any additional broker fees/taxes but so far, so good. On the Fedex envelope, it showed the value of the item as being only $8.80 USD, so if it comes to that, I don't mind paying 15% taxes on that amount. :)
