I would like to offer a review of a product.
I recently purchased the iHolster from iProducts (
http://www.iproductsonline.net) for my Dell Axim X5.
Here is the link to the product:

This holster is by far the best holster that I've seen for my PDA out there.
Here are the good points:
1. It is made of VERY durable Kydex which is in my opinion better than those "plastic" type holsters you see for Cell phones. (I would rather see my cell phone fall to the ground than my PDA!)
2. The Design was well thought out. You can slip the Axim in and out without hitting any buttons and it can be face out or face in. Face in, it will not touch the screen thus preventing scratches to the display.
3. A snug fit. My Axim fits very snugly - it does not "Clip" or "Snap" into the holster so with normal activity - bending over etc, the device will not "fall" out. However extreme activity like skating or extreme activities may not be a good idea.
4. The Swivel clip is keyed so that you have to have the holster at a 90 degree angle to lock it down and remove it thus preventing the device to come detached while sitting (this was clever).
5. The Swivel attachment on the holster itself was well thought out. It is riveted to the holster not "form molded" to prevent it from just snapping off like most cases I've seen. Also - it is attached with very durable double stick tape before it's riveted to prevent it from just spinning on the case.
6. No restrictions for CF Cards. There are no obstructions to prevent the use of your CF Cards and headphone jack which makes the holster good for use as an MP3 "Walkman" or walking around with the 802.11 card.
7. Quick Draw - Overall design makes it easy to get at the PDA without having to flip, zip or rip at anything and when it's out, you have nothing "attached" to the device to worry about getting in the way.
Here are the bad points:
1. The bottom of the case does not allow for you to slip on the Serial Sync Cable nor does it allow you to use the auto charger while inside the holster thus making it useless for mobile use. Perhaps they will create a mobile mount for the Axim like they did the iPAQ:

2. Well - I can't think of any other bad points about the case. It's priced a bit high at 31 bucks - I would like to see the price drop a few dollars because with shipping it is over 40 bucks! Perhaps iProducts can give Aximsite users a special deal.
This product gets a 4 Star rating - I would highly recommend one to anyone that is looking for a holster type solution to their Axim.

Happy Holstering.
