I have a dude "SD or CF" ?

The Compact Flash cards are cheaper, but then you can not use your CF slot for GPS, WiFi etc. at the same time you are using the CF card.

I'd go with a SD if you use the CF slot for WiFi or GPS....otherwise, go with a CF .....as stated prior, it is less expensive.

Plus the SD card has a write protect switch.... something else to consider :).
