how to pair h500 and h700

Hi, I am a newbie- got headsets h500 and h700. MY axim x51v. It identifies the h500 but won't pair with it (doesn't ask for passkey) and does not recognize the h700. Any idea?

I found that on my X51v running Windows Mobile 5 w/ default Microsoft Bluetooth stack wouldn't find any 'workable' services either. the Microsoft Bluetooth stack doesn't appear to have any audio facilities. However, I'm using the Widcomm stack upgrade and now happily using my H700 with Skype :D.
