Finally got the Rhino Skin after getting the DSI... errrr
Ok here goes another review...
good:
it DOES feel pretty solid and yet it even can bend so you can reshape it back if you got it out of shape
looks VERY nice, shines but not much, reflects but not too much...
Fits in my pocket no problem, even with the net card sticking out
great access to ports, well the SD card doesnt seem too easy to get in and out but that should not be a great deal unless you take it out and in all the time
not slippery in my hands like others said
Bad:
just as the DSI it adds quite a bit of heavy/bulky to the Ax this seems to be because the Ax is wider in the middle part than top and bottom so the top part of the case has to be as wide as the middle
well its obvious but the case open sideways, this proves no problem on common use for me BUT try to put this on a car mount and its a PAIN(unlike the DSI) ... you can place it(i have the car vent from semsons) just out of the holder so the front opens BUT take a right turn and slam the thing closes... not a good thing when you are in the middle of a GPS drive
Picky but here goes... did the had to put the Rhino Skin logo right in the front of the case??? :/
Overall I feel like my Ax is VERY protected but limited at the same time. So until someone comes out with a metal case that opens up this is the best protecting case out there for regular day wear and tear...
