Belkin Screen Protectors=broken screen?

I just attempted to remove a Belkin brand Axim screen protector from my screen and the adhesive is SO harsh that it literally looks as if the screen will break. I am pulling very slowly and steadily but the screen looks like it is actually starting to RAISE with the grip of this doggone screen protector! Anyone else have this problem?

I bought some Fellowes brand Write-right from Office Depot on clearance for about a buck a week or so ago... And I tried to get it on there but its about 2 mm too big on all sides but taking the fellowes screen protector is no where near as hard as the Belkin... Does anyone else have this problem with the Belkin brand? I am scared to put another one on my screen if they are this hard to remove...

I use Belkin screen protectors and have never had a problem. Not that it should make a difference but did you clean the screen with the supplied cleaning cloth first?

Belkin is junk, period
hard to apply and remove, and left a hole after a month of use, it almost broke my old HP H1945
I'd never, ever buy it again!

You may try gently heating the screen protector with a hair dryer. That may soften the adhesive and make the protector easier to remove.
