I just bought a connect plus card with a 128 mb memory. Manufacturer is sandisk.
After about 3 hours of trying to make it work, I decided to check the driver. Well, wouldn't you know the driver was for '02 and I have an '03. Checked the sandisk site and they havent came out with the driver yet!
I don't have mine yet, should soon, others in here are using one like that or similar with no issues. Only problem is that you are constrained to 3 volt devices on the axim and if it's something that needs a driver you also have that to deal with.
thanks for the info./
we now know that you cannot use a certain 802.11b with PC card to CF adapter.

hyedipin, no it won't work. That adapter only works with 16-bit PC Cards, and almost all 802.11b cards are 32-bit cardbus.
I recommend getting a CF card 802.11b card. I just ordered one off www.HSN.com for around $35 (including shipping). You can use it with a laptop with the included adapter (so you don't have to carry around 2 802.11b cards on trips.
The reason I wanted to set it up that way, was because I already have the card for my laptop and was planning to make some use for it. I guess I'll just let it go. That's OK.
Thanks for the info.
