I'm going to Europe next month and want to take my Axim 5 in lieu of a laptop. I hope to be able to connect to wireless networks. Unfortunately, I didn't purchase a CF WiFi card years ago when I bought the PDA.

My Axim 5 is running Microsoft Pocket PC 2002, 3.0.11171, Build 11178. Can anyone recommend a wireless compact flash card work that will work with this older version of the operating system?

I am using the Ambicom Wave2Net™ IEEE 802.11b Wireless CompactFlash Card
on my X5 (Howver I have WM2003 as the o/s). This works great.

The link is below for the drivers and spec. The site says it is compatibale with Windows CE 2.11, PPC 2000, PPC 2002, and Windows Mobile 2003

When I had an X5, I used the Linksys WCF12 Wireless CompactFlash Card (type I) with no problems (running PPC2002). Other brands to consider are Socket and Symbol.
