I was interested in buying a dell thumbpad for my pocket pc. Dang they are expensive. I saw a thumpad for a COMPAQ for only 19.99 and the dell is $44 currently How come the dell is so much more expensive, is there a cheaper way to have a thumpad on my dell, (like a universal one)?

I doubt you saw a Compaq brand thumb keyboard for an iPaq for $20. Most likely it was made by a 3rd-party manufacturer. The Compaq Brand Thumb Keyboard can be found here for $49.99.

So the Dell one is actually cheaper than the Compaq one. The problem lies in the fact that there are no 3rd party thumb keyboards for the Axim.
