I am a big fan of the vaja cases and was wondering if anyone has heard of any plans for a Vaja case made for the axim. I like how the vaja case fits tightly but still provides good protection for other PDAs. Also does anyone know if there is a case for the Axim like the Vaja cases?

Vaja cases reference Vaja Cases

I had emailed them with the same question, and this was there very kind response...

>We will be releasing a case for the Dell Axim in the near future, though
>we do not have a specific date at present. As soon as the case has been
>released, we will let you know by e-mail.
>Thank you very much for your interest in our cases

Just got my VAJA case and it rocks! I love it so far. I got the snap closure and belt clip option.

Received my Vaja case today and it is very-very nice. I chose the snap closure with the belt clip. The case provides my Axim with a snug fit.

There are pockets for 2 SD memory cards, a pocket for business cards or cash and a pocket for a credit card or ID.

All of the cut-outs provide easy access. The leather appears to be high quality and the case is an attractive one. The craftsmanship is also very good. It offers a great look for the office.

My previous case was an EB case for a Palm IIIx which was a high quality case. When I Compare the brand New Vaja case and the Old EB case the difference that seems to stand out to me is that the Vaja is a much more luxurious case. Dosen't the Axim deserve that though when compared to the Palm IIIx.

The Vaja is the more expensive option but I wanted the style and luxury that it offers.

BTW - When I am on a plant site / construction area I protect my Axim with an Otterbox... also a great product.

Do you think a CF 802.11b card can be stored in the slots without damaging the screen?
