Ethernet CF Card

I am looking at getting an Ethernet CF card for my X5 to be able to sync with my computer. I want to pickup my email etc. as I go around to different locations on our WAN while I am away from my offic but not the network (via active sync).

Will this even work ? Does this seem to be the best/cheapest option or should I look for other options?

Socket makes a 10/100 Ethernet CF card that will do what you want. I use it at the office when I want to backup via Active Sync of do a mass upload of emails. I bought mine at CompUsa several months ago when there was a rebate, I think the price after rebate was around $30 or $40.

Hope this helps.

Thanks, I was looking at the Socket ethernet card too. I think I will go this route for getting sync-ed while I am somewhere on the LAN.

I do have another question that I will post and that is regarding Bluetooth. If I have a Bluetooth CF and Cell Phone, can I dial into the WAN to sync up without a modem card or a digital plan from the cellphone company?

Thanks again
