sena cases for axim
Sena Cases ( www.senacases.com/axim/ ) has updated their cases for the Axim...put in openings for the mic, speaker, and headphone jack...and still have pre-ordering special before the 25th of Feb. They look VERY NICE...

Take a look at www.senacases.com .

..and the only official drawback is the Ax won't sync in the Sena case...almost perfect.....still searching.....anyone found a 10 out of ten case? Why do we most always have to give and take?

Actuc actually, you can sync if you have one of the sync cables. If you only have the cradle, you can't but not sure why you would want to? That seems it would be a little rough on the leather holder also...

Just my thoughts.

I'm glad to see that Sena is continuing to refine their product. I'm eagerly looking forward to receiving mine. I love the changes they've made. The case looks even better inside now.

What I would love would be a holster where I could leave my CF 802.11b NIC in the Axim all the time. Then I could just whip it out and use it or drop it in the cradle.

Difficulty of removing
How difficult is it to remove from the sena case? What I am wondering is if I need to take it out of the case a couple of times a day is this going to be too hard on the Axim? I don't want to do anything to hurt it!

Hey, JL, do you have one on order yet?

As to cradling the axim in a case, I'm not sure you'll find one which will do that. The fit is pretty darn tight with nothing but it's own little parts. My previous handheld had a Krussell case, which also needed to be removed to be synced (in a cradle).

No big t'ing! Keeps both pieces working as they are intended.

there is a case that lets you cradle without removing it from the case itself. i started a thread asking about it and someone posted good feedback for it.

check out this web site:
