Hi,
I've been looking around for -- oh, since the day I got my Axim -- for a nice case. I don't need 7 slots for credit cards, SD cards, playing cards... I don't need it made of alumotitanium... and (most importantly) I don't need to spend 50 bucks for it!
Well, last night at Staples I came across a PDA case in their scratch-n-dent section. Just a generic looking case -- had no idea it'd even
fit my Axim... but for 3 bucks, hell I'll give it a shot.
Took it home and it fit like a
glove.
It's the
Dayrunner Model 1061-02.
The best part is, now I can call it a real
Pocket PC! B)
It's not perfect... the elastic on the side covers up the jog dial (actually pushes it up due to the downward insertion) so it's very tough to use while in the case. The other left-side features (SD card, reset, that terribly useful record button

) are also obstructed. But for protection, this is a solid case. (And it's vinyl for the Vegan case hunter here

)
Looks like Dayrunner has it for about $14 (see the link)... you might find it cheaper elsewhere.
I attached a pic with some various views. (excuse the crappy quality!)
