Does anyone know of any Canadian eTailors that are selling Axim cases? I've checked the usual retail suspects (Future Shop, Staples, Best Buy Canada) and have found nothing.

I think your best bet would be to purchase it off the web. I haven't seen any in Canada either.

The *best* I've seen (and it's pretty sad) is a LowePro case at London Drugs.

It's not the greatest case, but it does have an attachment for your belt, it fits the Axim and it was only $10 CDN.

Other than that Canada, like with most other technology, is light years behind. Mind you, it's still difficult to find Axim cases even in the US.

A few places I'd recommend if you're looking for Axim stuff in Canada are:

Handheld Canada

and

eCOST

I would strongly recommend Handheld Canada - they actually have a LOT of products for the Axim (including the WriteShield protectors) and you don't have to worry about things such as duty, etc.

I checked out Handheld Canada....Ummm....are you kidding me?
Their prices are right out-to-lunch. CDN$250 for 256MB SD card?
Maybe they haven't heard that everyone else in Canada is now selling them at CDN$150.

I'll agree with you there - the prices for non-specific PDA stuff are much better elsewhere, but for stuff like the WriteShields - I'm pretty happy saving $12 in duty fees and paying slightly less for the product as well.

They do need to beef up on their Dell product line, seeing as they really only have the WriteShields - but it's a start :)

If I find anything else as far as CanCon for Dell related products, I'll post it on the "Hot Deals in Canada" board.

And if anyone knows anywhere else, please - Post there! :D
