9 Out of 10

There is one thing with the case that did not trip my trigger. The snap closure could have been a little more substantial. It is the only thing on the case that I would describe as cheap.

I bought the blue/black case and I do like it. The openings were exactly on so that did impress me.

Minus 1 point for the cheap snap. I am actually taking it to a leather shop to get it upgraded (at least a quote)

My 3 cents

Isn't as nice as EB case I have already. Leather not as nice, don't like snap closure, not as much padding over screen. It's bulkier than the EB slipper.

I have the blue/black one.
the Sena case is not bulkier than the EB... with the extra padding, the EB case is quite a bit bulkier

I have both cases and the Sena case seems to be of a higher quality. All of the cutouts on the Sena case seem to be positioned better.

I actually sold my Sena case before I received it... since I got the EB case first I'm keeping it until the innopocket case is available... then I'm ebayin' it.

If I had to chose between the Sena and EB I would definitely get the Sena, overall it's a better product. Fotunately the innopocket case will be available in mid-march so I won't have to choose between the two! :)

The snap closure makes the Sena bulkier and the closure catchs on things in my purse. The EB is FAR superior in quality...workmanship and material used.

That sena case is actually ugly.

Has anyone else physically compared these two cases? It seems that Sandi is partial to the EB due to the magnetic closure. Maybe I'm missing something here...

I think if someone is considering purchasing either one of these cases they should think about how they will be using it. Personally, I wouldn't put credit cards in the EB case due to the magnetic closure. Then again, I don't have a purse so I don't mind the snap closure.

I still don't see how the EB case is slimmer, I've compared both of them side by side and the leather on the EB case seems "looser" when the Ax is in it. The Sena case has a tighter look to it with the Ax in it.

Could be that I've been using the EB for a longer period of time so the comparison might not be accurate.

I guess my point here is to help a fellow member of this board make an informed decision on which case to get. I personally like the innopocket case because of its minimalistic design and aluminum construction.

I just don't see the point in someone saying either one of the cases is "ugly". It serves no purpose to a fellow board member that is trying to make a purchasing decision. Both cases can be viewed online and the potential buyer can see how "ugly" either one is.

I will try to get a hold of a digicam before the buyer for my Sena case picks it up.

If I'm not able to take side-by-side pics, perhaps Sandi can take some pics.

Hopefully Sandi and I weren't the only ones silly enough to purchase two cases(I'm going to three)

:)

I ordered mine on the 9th of Feb and havent recieved it yet, I e-mailed them and they replied telling me they should have all the pre orders done by March 8th.
I'm getting a little frustrated that they haven't sent mine out, come on! six weeks to recieve my order, I've been usuing my standard AX case, it's huge and no belt clip makes it inconvient to carry around.

I better be happy with this case, I've been waiting long enough for it.
By the way, when did everyone else order and actually recieve their cases.

Aximguy,

I haven't received my case either I ordered it around February 3rd or 5th can't remember which. I anxiously check my mail box and porch every afternoon after work. Waiting is the name of the game when you order off the internet.

Sena has posted on its site that they will try to ship all pre-orders by 3/8 so if you don't have it be the 12th then you can be ticked.

Yeah I guess my feelings are a little strong, now that I see that some of my fellow Ax owners haven't recieved their cases yet I'm ok.
I just want stop with the giant Dell case and clip my Ax to my belt while I'm running aroung getting things done, otherwise I love the Dell.:)
