Ok, like everyone else I think the Dell case is too big...BUT...it does have that little "mini pocket" inside that holds my Ambi 802.11b CF card very well (it also is a good size to hold a spare "standard" battery--great for airplanes, but I digress)

What I'm looking for is a smaller case that ALSO can store a CF card (at least my 802.11b with an antenna).

The Sena Case seems to have a "universal" pocket, but I'm not sure whether this would hold an 802.11b card...anyone have an answer? Is anyone with a Sena case using this? My concern is that it might be "bulky" in that pocket, and maybe put pressure on the screen!

Are there any other cases out there that would allow me to carry the wireless card along with my Axim?

I really like the aluminum cases out there (Rhino, Innopocket, etc.) but I think if I order one of those, I'd be leaving the CF card behind.

All advice, suggestions appreciated! Thanks

Which you can find on Amazon, but cheaper elsewhere, maybe around $10. It just barely fits the axim with the Ambicom card still in it. I've been using it for about 3 weeks and I'm pretty pleased with it. Unfortunatley you have to apply velcro to the back of the Axim if you don't want it to fall out, but I think it's worth it to have the protection.

I was using this case before I got my Smarter Case #146. The body glove was a very nice soft-case, and provided ample room for storage. In the "money slot" I could easily fit my D-Link CF Wi-Fi card, but the case could not close if the card was still inserted into the Axim CF slot. While in this "money slot," however, the Wi-Fi card made the case bulge out a bit. I inserted an old Phone Card into one of the credit card slots to provide a little more protection to the screen. It was a good case for the cheap price, but I just feel that the Smarter Case gives me a little more protection to throw my Axim into my book bag. Although, now I have to keep my Wi-Fi card in a storage bag instead of inside my case.

With the Ambicom I can leave the card in the case, in the
Axim. It's a much smaller card.

I'm posting this from my Axim using Netfront and Transcriber , in landscape mode via
the pockettop driver. Pretty neat!

Just as a follow up, I got word from Sena Cases that a model with the CF cutout will be available available in about a months time. Definitely worth a look when it's available.
