Do they make CF cameras?

Yes. My previous Canon uses CF. Most SLR cameras still use CF. Though some are now coming with either dual slots or SD.
CF is not entirely dead yet. :)

Yes there are several makers... Lifeview Pretec and others. On a side note, I would love to sell mine .. it's a 1.3MP Pretec. Do a search through google and you should find plenty. If you are interested in mine, I've used it maybe 3 times since I bought it. I would let it go for a decent price. PM me.

I have the
Veo Photo Traveler and it works fine on my X50v.
Moved to X5 accessories since CF cams have been around for awhile now. :)

oh thats not so bad..
I wonder if someone makes a list of all SDIO & CF items that work for pda's i'm just now starting to find out some and I want to know if they make other items.

somemore there is cf card for u to insert mobile phone sim card so that u can make phone call thru yr x5 pda. but the price not cheap

They make CF CDMA cards that can access the internet on CDMA networks (Sprint PCS), but the plans are pretty outrageous for usage.
