There certainly are USB WiFi aparati (I wouldn't call them cards) that are designed for desktop PC use. My question - where are you going to plug it in? There isn't an USB port on the Axim.
Well, I meant - are there any cards and/or adapters that would work through that bottom port that is used to sync and power up the Axim while it's in its cradle?
I'm sure there are none and unlikely to be. You could probably jerry-rig something using the serial cable but you might want to check out the GPS threads for how tricky it is using the Axim port for connecting to something other than a computer.

At the moment....no. The only PDA with a 2CF adapter is the iPaq, but that's just because it doesn't support CF to begin with. You are unlikely to see any 2 CF adapters for PDAs that already have a CF slot. Also, I don't see any being made specific to Axim anyhow....seeing as how the Axim already has 2 memory slots (one CF and one SD). I personally use a 256MB SD card while my WiFi card is in. They make them at 512MB right now and 1GB+ in the next couple months.

Haven't seen a price yet, but something tells me that up front the 1GB will be closer to the $300 mark. Give it several months after debut and it'll probably come under $200. This is all just my guess though.
