Question SD or CF cards ??

I'm a newbie...pardon me...
Can somebody tell me what kind of memory should I buy ?
SD or CF ? What's the different ?
I just want to store some MP3s, movies and some apps.
Pls help !

The CF cards are cheaper to purchase. If you plan to have the CF slot in use with a modem, WiFi device, camera, GPS etc, then SD can be used at the same time.

SD cards do cost more, but they give you the option of write protecting the material stored on them. They are a lot smaller than the CF cards, too :)

Nothing prevents you from having more than one card. You can have a big CF card with MP3 files on it, and just pull it out temporarily if you need to use a CF camera or whatever. You can do the same thing with SD cards.

Another benefit of CF card which is often ignored is that if you have a digital camera, you can share the card in both devices.

Yes, another factor to consider (like it's not difficult enough already). I have heard that the CF cards are faster which is a factor in playing movies.
