It's not freeware. It's shareware ($12.95).

I have downloaded and installed this program and am very happy with it. Spider Solitaire is just a little different than the Windows XP version, it is close enough.

Although the site says it is shareware, it is really FREEWARE. It can also be found on http://www.freewareppc.com/index.html

The other games also apear to be good. -- Can't beat the price.

Thanks for the link to the freebie, I will check it out.

Now, as I have not downloaded any games onto my PPC yet, I have a couple of questions.

Do you get to pick where the game resides? Can I put it on my SD storage card or do I need to install it to the Axim itself?

Anything I need to tweak or do or are the instructions pretty clear?

Can I just install the one game, or do I need to install all of the components for the spider solitaire to work?

Anything I *shouldn't* do? ;)

Donna, this was my first download also. I just downloaded it to my desktop PC, and then double clicked on the setup file. Axim was in the cradle and synched up. It then downloaded the file to the Dell, and asked me to put it in the default directory (yes) and then where to install it. I choose the SD card. It put it on the card, provided a remove file, and placed the games in the game directory on the Dell. -- Neat. It will also ask for a license #, but I just selected to demo package. I have talked to others who have downloaded this game package, and they say it is freeware and does not expire in 15 days. You have to download the entire game package, but there might be a way (later) to delete the ones you don't want.
