Device won't sync anymore
Have had my X5 for about 3 years...use it primarily to sync information from work computer to home and vice versa...never had any problems till now...unit won't sync to either computer...my backup battery is low...could this be the cause of a sudden stop in syncing? (will be picking up new backup battery tonight...)

Got my new backup battery and device synced perfectly to both computers...strange!
