Unresolved Item in Inbox
When I sync, I get an unresolved item for my Inbox. I have tried to change the Rules to all different options, but can't seem to clear this problem. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Shut down outlook and restart it sync again.

I finally got a chance to try this and I am still being told there is an uresolved item in the Inbox. Any other ideas?
