Dead Battery Which rom

I was just wondering and dont plan on testing this. If you loose both your batteries charge obviously your data will be lost. If you have upgraded your rom and lose your battery would you still have the newest version rom or would it revert back to A0. Cause with no juicy the update would be deleted right?

You would not lose your new ROM if both batteries die just your data and added programs.

Yes, peter is correct. Once you flash the ROM with an update, it is there until you flash it with something else.
