X5 Battery doesn't recharge properly
I have an X5 that has been working perfectly. I installed Office 2003 and now for some reason the battery will not charge beyond about 33% through using my USB port. Coincidence?

I am still using Active Sync 3.8. I did not want to upgrade to the newest Active Sync, because my operating systesm is Pocket PC Version 3.0 (not Pocket PC 2003). Can I upgrade my operating system? Appreciate any help.

more than likely your battery is too low for usb recharge use the main charger you cannot let the battery get below about 70% for usb recharge and pda must be off
