A question about syncing the inbox in Outlook with my Axim inbox. Since my business is internet-based, I receive hundreds of emails each day directly into Outlook on my Desktop Computer. If I were faithfully practicing David Allen's "Getting Things Done" concepts, my inbox should always be empty as I move emails to appropriate folders. Needless to say I am not there yet.

I want to be able to move selected emails (like the tracking notice for products I've ordered only) down to my Axim. So I created a sub-folder, moved selected emails into the new subfolder called Download Emails to Pocket PC and selected this sub-folder in the options within ActiveSync. It worked great -- all my selected emails went down to the Pocket PC.

The problem is that all of my emails in my inbox went down also. I've looked through documentation to see if there is a way to suppress email in your inbox and still download a sub-folder, but I don't see it.

Has anyone else found a way to work around this?

Thanks,
Debbie
