Please don't take my prior posting as a stab towards you (or your company or product). It was not meant that way at all.

I do enjoy exposure to practical products and the ability to have specific product questions answered prior to a purchase,

and

I was especially glad to see this vendor's username the actual name of the company.

I was actually complimenting you on your approch at this forum. You were forthright about promoting your product as the vendor. And for this I thank you. As a matter of fact, it made me even more interested in the Dell Cover-Up. Unfortunately, there have been other threads were vendors have (intentionally or unintentionally) promoted there product by what seems to be an end-users view. This type of approach could be construed as misleading or diseptive. You did not do this.

I, for one, am glad you are here and without your insight, we (the customers) would be left with open ended question without answers. In return, I am sure you will take the concerns and ideas of ours (the customers) and discuss them with your company to develop further products that will further benfit the users of the Axim. I think this can be a win-win situation. :D
