Activesync security????

hi

my employer has offered to get my PDA hooked up to my PC at work with Activesync.

i truly believe that he has offered me the opportunity because it will make my life easier and i will spend my time more efficiently.

but ...............

if i'm hooked up to the work network will the administrator be able to browse through my sd card and other files like he can my desktop pc??

my axim is my life. yes, i use it for work but i also use it for a heck of a lot of personal stuff which i don't want anyone else to see.

if it is possible for them to browse about whilst i am syncing or connected throughout the day what can i do to block them?
