back upbattery & Resco Explorer 2005

I have noticed since I have install Resco Explorer 2005 5.22. I no longer get the popup warning about replacing my backup battery. Now it shows my backup battery as 100% (the backup battery was replaced with a fresh battery last month)

Why wouldn't a 1 month old back-up battery be at 100%?

My X5 is a year old and it's still at 100%. Don't leave the main battery out or let it completely drain and your back-up battery will last for years.
