I ordered my axim Sunday evening, and to my suprise, it came today. After all the stories about long delivery times when the axim first came out, I was dreading the long wait. It's charging now. I have active sync 3.6 and outlook 2000 on my computer now from my previous ppc. Sorry guys. I just noticed there's a similar thread already.

wow u certainly are very lucky... i ordered the Axim on sunday (5/18) but recieved no confirmation status even today(5/20) .. have been checking my mail like every 5 mins or so....

did u call dell to speed up or push through your order or something...

cuz i hav been to a thread where there were a lot of ppl like me who havenot got confirmation letters yet....

I didn't get a confirmation e-mail. I just checked the order status. It was shipped 5-19, I checked the order status today, and when I checked the UPS tracking number, it said it would be delivered today and it's here. As I said earlier, I plan to use the active sync 3.6 I used with my toshiba and the outlook 2000 that I already have on my computer. Anybody see any problem with that? I did the same when I changed from a maestro to the toshiba and didn't have any trouble.

but i still hav a question about your order....

u said u checked ur order status.. how did u do that without gettin a confirmation e-amil.. i mean how did u kno ur order details and tracking number...

sorry but as u mite kno.. i cant wait to get the Ax...
i hav been waitin from december, saving money

Sign in using the email address that you used when you ordered your Axim, then click on "order Status".

I placed my order today at 3:00PM and just checked the status and they already shipped my Axim, but my Alum. case is still "InProduction".

when i sign in at the link that u gave me, it says no orders matched with this account.... :(

BTW did u pay for shipping... or not... and wat state wuz ur order shipped to -- m tryin to figure out how/ why dell sends particular orders first

I got free shipping, and mine was shipped to North Carolina.
