Disable turn on when adding/removing cards

Is there a way to disable the automatic turn on when I remove a card? I'd like to swap sometimes without having to open my case and turn it off.

Any chance of this?

Yeah, I find this annoying also... It would be nice to know if it's possible... I haven't seen any settings anywhere that would allow this, however...

Any chance of this?

I have not seen a way to do this but a workaround is to set the time to shut off to say 2 minutes of inactivity and not worry about opening the case to turn it off.
