My X5 Freezes When Entering Last Digit of Password?

Hello all,

Recently I had gone to turn on my X5 and when I was entering my 4 digit numerical password, on the last digit the system totally locked up and I have tried almost everything to get it to work. Reboot it blah blah blah, the only thing I didn't do is hard reset because I have alot of important data on there and if I hard reset it I would lose all my data. Can anyone help me with this? If I could get help with this that would be awsome.
