That depends on the computer operating system. Windows XP sets up different users for you. Each user gets their own Outlook .PST file. Give your Axims different names and set up a partnership only with the appropriate user.

I did it by deleting all my partnerships in activesync ...

Then in each Axim ...

Start : Settings : System Tab : About : Device ID Tab ... Set each Axim so they have their own name ... I called mine Planet-Ed_PPC and my sons Cameron_PPC ...

Then next time you connect it will create a partnership for each Axim under their own ID name ...

Question

Wait a minute, I have XP. Do I just place it in the sync cradle and start fresh. Trying to avoid alot of deleting of her stuff already in activesync.

I suppose you already have Axim "A" synching to user "A". Just log on to the computer as user "B". Then form a partnership with Axim "B". Give Axim "B" a different name than Axim "A". That should do it.

If "B" doesn't have their own login, go to Start / Control Panel / User Accounts and add the second user.

Ehhh...... all the other methods don't work, try this one.

You will lose all your data.

Do a hard reset on the axim(reset+power)

Then put the axim back in the cradle,Ten it will ask if you want a new partnership, click yes.

Then go to Start>documents>Go up>my documents

There you will see a Folder or a few folders with the

Pocket_pc document, open it,then copy those files to the NEW

Pocket_pc my documents folder that you just created.

There is no way you can still have the error if you properly follow my directions.;)
