Active Sync Question

I tried installing Delta Airlines Flight Schedule program for Pocket PC's, and all seemed to go well until I got a note that the Delta program did not install properly--but that was all I got. No real explanations, or how to try to re-install it. I am a newbie, and used to Palm and being able to "drag" a program into hotSync. How do I re-try an installation? Is there any "drag and drop" with ActiveSync? How do I sync selected docs out of My Documents?

Thanks in advance
Tom

I just tried the program and it installed correctly. Did you try just running the installation program again? Also, I assume you got the right version (for arm/x-scale).

re Active Sync Problems

It seems I get a message that "THe file "\Windows\AppMgr\Install\Adobe Acrobat Reader 1.0 CAB" is not a valid Windows CE Setup file. So the installation fails. Wonder what I am doing differently?

That sounds like there was a problem with the installation of Acrobat. My suggestion is that you remove Acrobat and the Delta programs and then reinstall them from the executable files.

To remove them completely, look under Settings, System, Remove Programs on the Axim. If they are listed there, select and tap remove. More than likely, they are not listed there at all, so next open ActiveSync on the PC while the Axim is connected, select Tools, Add/Remove Programs, select each of these programs and click on the remove button. Then do a soft reset on the Axim and reinstall the programs.
