if an emulator says ipaq the axim should run it right? what makes the ipaq special?

i found a genesis emu but for ipaq

Wireless web browser (I use both WiFi and cache Avantgo pages - I cache the movie listings to the theaters around my area. As long as I have my Axim I know what time a movie is playing just about anywhere in a 30 mile radius!!)

Uh, did I mention I like to use my Axim wirelessly. ;)
