Axim Backup Problem

when i try to do a backup of my axim, with activesync, full or incremental, a window pops up on my computer the axim is connected to saying backup: disk full. I have backed it up before no problem. Everything syncs ok, but can't do backup. I have several gigs of free space on hard drive. anyone know how to handle this problem? Thanks

I did the following procedures

Install and reinstall de Active Sync Result doesn't work

perform a soft reset in my axim and reconect again
and it works.....
